Brewhouses

Our brewhouses are designed to streamline the brewing process, ensuring efficiency and quality at every stage. The process begins with mashing, where a mix of grain and water is heated in a mash tun. The mixture is then transferred to a lauter tun to obtain clear wort. This clear wort is pumped into a boil kettle, where it is boiled for approximately 60 minutes and hops are added. Finally, the wort undergoes whirlpooling, which forces denser solids into a cone at the center of the whirlpool tank, ensuring a clean and high-quality brew. Our brewhouses are engineered to deliver consistent results, making them ideal for both craft and large-scale breweries.

The 2 vessel brewhouse consists of two vessels. There are four processes in beer brewing, mashing, lauter, kettle, and whirlpool. Because there are only two containers, each container needs to complete two processes. Under normal circumstances, the saccharification and filtration processes completed in one tank. The boiling and spin-sinking process completed in another tank. It is composed of mash/ lauter tun, brew kettle/whirlpool.
