Mashing is the process of combining a mix of grain and water and heating this mixture in a vessel called a "mash tun".

Main components: Inner tank, heating jacket & insulation, mixer agitation, heating elements, manway, CIP spray, PRV, valves.

Features of Mash Tun

It combines the function of a mash tun and a lauter tun, so we can save the equipment cost.

The internal 2B surface of the equipment has undergone acid pickling and passivation treatment, and the welds have undergone fine treatment without any unevenness or deformation.

The external surface is treated with wire drawing, the equipment has a beautiful appearance, and the pipeline layout and opening positions meet the requirements of operation and on-site installation.
