How do You Locate A New Small The Tank Brewery?

In recent years, with the upgrading of consumption, the craft beer industry has gradually emerged. More and more people love to drink craft beer, and more and more people are planning to enter the industry and open their own the tank brewery. Many factors need to be considered to start the tank brewery, among which site selection is undoubtedly a very key step. Today we are going to talk about the location of a new small tank brewery.

1. Geographical location

Location is very important for the new tank brewery. We need to consider the relationship between factory location and sales location. The closer the distance is and the easier the transportation is, the better. Second, we should also pay attention to the surrounding environment, such as whether there are manure factories, orchards, or toxic factories. the tank brewery must be located away from these facilities, otherwise the quality of the brewing will be affected. It is also important to stay away from infectious disease centers.

2. Transportation volume

Just now we said to consider the relationship between the location of the factory and the location of the sales, here involves the cost of shipping out. In addition, we have to consider the cost of bringing in raw materials, packaging materials and fuel. In site planning, we need to determine the design and construction of roads, warehouses and cargo yards according to the traffic volume.

3. Terrain and relief

the tank brewery should be built on a place with flat terrain, conducive to layout. The terrain should be flat, with a natural slope of about 5/1000, which is conducive to drainage. At the same time, in terms of geology, it should be noted that there are no mineral deposits, quicksand, silt, etc., underground water level in the workshop floor elevation below 2.5M.

4. The source of water

Beer cannot be brewed without water, which is a huge consumption for brewing water and other water used in the factory. We know that beer needs to be brewed with at least the same water as drinking water, but we generally don't use pure or distilled water to make beer because the ions in it are so low that, in the words of some craft brewers, "you have no skeleton." Then, in the selection process of the tank brewery, we need to consider which water source I will use to make wine, and what is the water quality of the site? Because the water quality determines the requirements for water treatment equipment after the construction of the plant, and the water quality has a significant impact on the taste of beer. Therefore, water quality testing can be carried out before determining the site and water quality analysis report can be used to make decisions.

There are many other factors to consider for the tank brewery site selection, such as the regional economic development plan of the local government, the technical and economic cost budget of the factory and so on. But the general principles are: make full use of the terrain, landform, geological conditions, reasonable planning of transportation and routes, and fully consider the brewing water use plan.
