Japan customer has launched whiskey production line with ZJ Machinery!

The distillation system included the items as follows: 

1 x malt mill

1 x conveyor

1 x 1000L mash/lauter tun

1 x 1000L boil /whirlpool tank

1 x 2000L hot water tank

1 x 2000L refrigerant tank

1 x 2000L ice water tank

1 x 2000L brew water tank

6 x 1000L fermentation tanks

1 x 1000L wash still

1 x 700L spirit still

1 x 100L 2-tank CIP unit

1 x alcohol collecting tank

1 x steam boiler

1 x chiller

ZJ Machinery supply the whole distillation system and the installation service of the whiskey production line locally.

We have just started the installation work, and will finish all the feeding material pipe connection, water connection, electricity wiring, steam and cooling pipework. After that, the commissioning will then take place.

We supply 2-50bbl complete distillery system including malt milling equipment, brewhouse equipment, fermenters,distillation equipment and bottling machine.
